Addiction is a deeply personal and often painful journey—one that can feel isolating and hopeless. But at Faith Farm Ministries, we believe no one is ever too far gone for redemption and recovery. As one of the leading faith-based addiction treatment centers, we offer a unique, Christ-centered approach to healing that goes far beyond conventional rehab. Here, individuals battling substance abuse can find not only sobriety but spiritual renewal, purpose, and lasting transformation.
The Power of Faith in Recovery
What sets Faith based addiction treatment centers apart from secular rehab programs? It’s the belief that healing is holistic—addressing not only the body and mind, but also the soul. Addiction is often a symptom of deeper emotional and spiritual wounds. At Faith Farm Ministries, we guide our students (what we call our residents) to confront those underlying issues through the transformative power of Jesus Christ.
Our approach isn’t just about breaking the cycle of substance abuse. It’s about restoring lives, rebuilding families, and renewing hope—one person at a time.
Who We Are: About Faith Farm Ministries
Founded in 1951, Faith Farm Ministries has been a place of refuge for thousands struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. With three campuses located in Boynton Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Okeechobee, Florida, our ministry provides free, long-term residential recovery programs designed to treat the whole person.
What makes us different? Our programs are completely tuition-free, thanks to our on-campus micro-enterprises (like thrift stores and furniture restoration shops) that support our mission. This not only allows students to receive care without the burden of financial stress, but also gives them valuable vocational training and work experience.
Our Faith-Based Recovery Program
At Faith Farm Ministries, our recovery model is built around four key pillars:
- Spiritual Discipleship
Students attend Bible classes, participate in chapel services, and engage in one-on-one spiritual mentoring. The goal is to build a strong foundation in Christ that can support lifelong sobriety and personal growth.
- Personal Recovery Curriculum
In addition to biblical teachings, students go through a structured curriculum that includes recovery-focused classes, life skills, emotional health, and relationship building. We use tools like Celebrate Recovery, which integrates 12-step principles with biblical truths.
- Vocational Training
Work therapy is an essential component of the program. Students work in various ministry enterprises, learning job skills that help prepare them for life after recovery. It also builds discipline, responsibility, and self-worth—critical elements for successful reintegration into society.
- Residential Community Living
Healing happens in community. At Faith Farm, students live together in a supportive, structured environment. The daily schedule includes prayer, work, study, and fellowship—creating a rhythm of accountability and purpose.
A Safe Place to Heal and Grow
Unlike short-term rehabs that focus primarily on detox, Faith Farm Ministries offers a 9-month residential program that gives students the time and space to truly change. Many who come to us have tried other programs without success. What they find here is different: a place where grace meets structure, where spiritual healing leads to lasting freedom.
Whether you’re struggling with addiction yourself or seeking help for a loved one, Faith Farm provides a compassionate, Christ-centered path to recovery.
Real Stories, Real Transformations
We’ve seen countless lives transformed through the power of faith. Men and women who came in broken, addicted, and hopeless have left renewed, sober, and thriving. They’ve reunited with families, started new careers, and become leaders in their communities.
One graduate shared:
“Faith Farm didn’t just help me get clean—they helped me find my identity in Christ. For the first time, I feel free.”
Another said:
“I had lost everything. This place gave me my life back—and more importantly, it gave me hope.”
These are just a few examples of the many who have walked through our doors and found real, lasting change.
Who Can Apply?
Faith Farm Ministries serves adult men and women who are ready to commit to a faith-based journey of recovery. While we do not charge for our program, applicants must be willing to participate in the full 9-month residential program and adhere to the structure and rules of community life.
We accept individuals regardless of religious background. While our program is Christian-based, many students come to know Christ for the first time while in our care.
